Notorious narco-smuggler booked under PIT NDPS Act
Srinagar: Acting tough against drug peddlers and to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police in Baramulla have booked a notorious drug smuggler under PIT NDPS Act, a police spokesman said Friday.
He said that the notorious drug peddler identified as Mohammad Rafiq Khan @ Rafi Raja son of Ghulam Hassan Khan resident of Trikanjan Boniyar, Baramulla has been booked under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority. The booked drug smuggler has been detained from Jammu and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jammu.
