JKSSB imparts training to center Superintendents, observers

ANANTNAG: J&K Service Selection Board (JKSSB) in collaboration with District Administration Anantnag Saturday conducted a training programme for centre superintendents, observers and Invigilators deployed for the forthcoming panchayat secretary OMR examination in the district.

During the training session, the deployed staff was urged to meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures and examination conduct regulations, which were deliberated in detail.

The important critical events involved in the examination process were discussed threadbare. The necessary steps involved in the conduct of the examination were shown to the participants using powerpoint presentation. The stress was laid on fair and transparent conduct of the exams by following the SOP guidelines meticulously.

During the training session, the Member, JKSSB Gh.Hassan Sheikh said the interaction aims at acquainting centre superintendents and observers with the standard procedure and protocol to ensure complete transparency and fairness. He urged the participants to take up the assignment in right earnest with utmost seriousness and render help to the government in ensuring fair selections of the deserving candidates.

Speaking on the occasion, the ADC Anantnag, Gulzar Ahmad Bhat stressed upon the deployed staff to strictly abide by all the instructions given by the JKSSB for smooth and fair conduct of examination and read between the lines the examination manual.

Later, a question answer session was conducted in which the doubts were cleared by the Member JKSSB to the satisfaction of the participants.
