Two day event ‘Dawate Tijarat’ business fest organised by GDC Sopore
Sopore: A two-day event ‘Dawate Tijarat’ The Business Fest 2023″ was organized by Department of Management Studies, at Govt. Degree College Sopore on Wednesday.
The event was about showcasing the stalls of different colleges and Business Start-ups of North Kashmir. The event was inaugurated by ADC Sopore S.A Raina in presence of Principal Prof. Dr. Salma Ahad
Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad ACR Baramulla, Prof. Bashir Ahmad Ganai, Director North Campus Kashmir University, Khursheed Ahmad Dar, Head CIl J&K, ex president of municipal council Sopore Masrat Rasool Kar, Principals from North Kashmir Colleges and students were present during the event. Besides various stake holders including traders federation Sopore members, industrial estate Sopore and scores of entrepreneurs from north Kashmir were also grace the occasion.
The event witnessed more than 35 stalls showcasing different products and services. Principal of the college Prof. Dr. Salma Ahad presented keynote address and highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship in Wednesday’s era.
In Technical Session Khursheed Ahmad Dar deliberated on the ideas and collaborations that flourish from the event like this create ripple effect that extends far beyond the walls of the college.
At the end vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Peerzada Sajad Ahmad, Assistant Prof. Department of Management Studies.
