JSA Training programme held at Budgam
BUDGAM: The Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Budgam, SKUAST-Kashmir under Jal Shakti Abhiyan (JSA)-CTR 2022 on Tuesday organized a training programme to discuss and deliberate upon water conservation and minimizing wastage of water.
The programme was attended by more than 50 farmers.
During the programme, Senior Scientist and Head KVK Budgam Dr. Bilal Ahmad Lone discussed the important efforts for conservation, restoration and reuse of water in order to address water scarcity.
Dr Vaseem Yousuf (Scientist Plant Protection) highlighted the importance of decreasing water pollution and rain water harvesting in order to conserve important resources.
