LCMA convenes 121st BPA meeting, 62 cases decided on merit

SRINAGAR: The J&K Lake Conservation and Management Authority on Saturday convened 121st meeting of the Building Permission Authority (BPA) in the meeting hall, at Dockyard Nishat NFR-Srinagar.
The agenda for the meeting was discussed threadbare and a total of 62 cases were decided upon by the BPA on merits.
The Vice Chairman J&K LCMA who is also the Chairman of BOCA urged the people residing in the local jurisdiction of LCMA to apply online through OBPS portal for proper building permission, before starting any sort of construction.
“Construction raised illegally shall be dealt with seriously under law & will be demolished,” he said.
