DC Kulgam reviews status of projects in Health, PHE departments
Kulgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat on Saturday chaired a meeting of officers of Health and PHE departments to review progress and achievements under developmental deliverables.
The DC directed all the officers to prioritize implementation of these developmental deliverables so that targets are achieved on time with tangible results on the ground.
He directed them to redouble their efforts to ensure cent percent saturation of all parameters given under the deliverables programme.
Later, DC took a review of the status of languishing projects of PHE and the health department as well.
The DC directed Officers for timely uploading of the bills to ensure payment against the work done.
Statuses of schemes under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) were also reviewed and concerned Officers were stressed to ensure commissioning of schemes completed under JJM at an earliest.
Jal Jeevan Mission is envisioned to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual household tap connections.
The meeting was attended by JD-Planning, CMO, Executive Engineer PHE, BMOs, AEEs and other concerned officers.
