Iqbal Wani condemns teachers killing
Srinagar: President Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati council Mohammad Iqbal Wani on Tuesday condemned the killing of a woman teacher in Kulgam terming it as a cowardly act.
In a statement issued here Iqbal said that such killings are not going to achieve anything as violence has no place in a civilized social set-up.
“Violence is not going to do any better instead it has been ruining the families ever since it showed up its ugly head in Kashmir,” he added.
Wani demanded an immediate probe into the killing so that perpetrators of this dastardly act are booked and justice is provided to the family.
He said that the Lt Guv led administration should look into the issues of the minority community employees at an earliest and their demands should be met without any further delay.
