When the whole world if fighting coronavirus, Kashmiris are battling 2G

The world is witnessing systemic electronic communication at the peak of development and prosperity. The electronic communication is one of the most desirable, technical and systematic form of communication through which the whole globe is connected. The information and technology has engulfed the world in its lap.
The system of communication is too far developed at the global level. The world has reached unbelievable heights of modernization, prosperity and success. The growing mode of information and technology has transformed the world communication to its highest level of digitalization. The innovations of digitalization in communication has immensely developed and reached the ultimate level of success. The traditional set of communication through letters, pamphlets and magazines, radio, television came into decline. It seems that there is no more use of such communication.
The growing of information and technology has totally modified the present living world. Now science has left no stone unturned to eradicate the traditional forms and means of communication from the society. The world is enjoying the fastest means of communication through electronic gadgets via internet. Internet has proved the turning point to set the foundation of this type of communication throughout the globe. It has changed the all forms of traditional means and methods of communication.
It has interconnected the world’s economy, health, education, agriculture, trade and commerce etc. The development of nations is interlinked with the help of internet. The people are socially, economically connected with each other through internet. It has become the most important medium to get connected with the rest of the world. In every profession internet has become the reverence and precious identity through which the work is being carried out. It is considered the basic fundamental right now a days to use such a medium. In this era, internet is considered the queen of technology. The whole world is considered as the global village. It has been made possible only after the help of internet.
The level of education has touched the skies, the world trade and commerce has grown million and billion times, the information and technology reached heights, the world Health sector has also grown up immensely. It helped the people at the global level in every aspects of life.
Our country India is also in such a race where internet is being used in every aspect of life. People living in different parts of the country are using the 4G internet connections and are comparatively competing with the rest of the world. Although our country is a developing nation and is contesting with developed nations like America, China, UK, France etc.
The ISRO is one of the major space research centre in our country. With the passage of time, India is also using the merits of internet with 4G speed. Our country India has a diverse population. It is a multicultural and multilingual country, a secular Nation and the a biggest democracy in the world. The country has the second highest number of population in the world after China. And whole country is allowed to enjoy the benefits of internet with 4G access. This has helped the nation like India to achieve the milestones in overall development.
The use of internet in India is growing fast, resulting in the development of fastest means of communication, education and other sectors. People have access to 4G internet connections. They use it on daily basis. They are updated and are connected with the global world.
What about the part of a nation which is still lacking these basic facilities of internet? Yes you are right, it is the integral part of India, the Kashmir valley. Since the abrogation of article 35A, the internet is blocked and the valley is thrown to the dark age. Although the internet connection has been provided to the people of Kashmir after about a period of almost 6 months, but has been put on 2G mode.
On one hand, the world is thinking to launch 5G,this part of the globe is still on 2G, the barrier and hindrance to electronic communication. The people of this region are suffering badly resulting in loss in trade and commerce, especially the education of the students. Even at the worst of the times when whole globe is suffering from covid 19, we are being barred from this basic right.
At present when people are being advised to remain updated regarding the pandemic deadly virus corona, the UT Jammu and Kashmir is kept away from the 4G world. While medical experts are using YouTube to update the whole world about the this pandemic, the UT Jammu and Kashmir is still on 2G, resulting in creation of a barrier and hindrance to live communication.
This part of the country is suffering from basic education, loss in business and economy because of no access to 4G internet connections. The 2G internet connection at present is of no use as the covid -19 has put the world on fire. It is only possible to be updated regarding this deadly virus on 4G only. This part of the country has no access to YouTube, 2G is of no worth. The people are facing the wrath like situation here.
On the one hand, where the world is fighting with corona, we are fighting for restoration of 4G internet. It seems that this part of the country is like a vommit, imprecation and curse to the world. We are not been able to fulfill our basic social needs. We are been separated from the world by putting us on just 2G. We are not able to access YouTube so that we could update ourselves from the present disaster. Our students are not able to go through online tuition classes.
On 2G connection, it is impossible to be updated. The barrier and hindrance in electronic communication has put our lives back to Dark Age. It seems that we are the people of 18th century rather than 21st century, by snatching the basic rights of the people of this region. The world is leading us towards the Worst form of catastrophe which is more dangerous than covid -19.
The barrier and hindrance in electronic communication should be lifted immediately from this part of the region and instead of 2G internet connection, 4G internet service should be restored.
We are also humans like people living on this planet. We feel like you, breathe like you, eat like you, walk like you, talk like you etc, then why we could not get access to this means of internet connection like you. Why still 2G ?
