SRINAGAR: On the orders issued by V K Singh, Commandant General Homeguards/CD/SDRF J&K, a Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) was constituted with Munir Ahmad Khan ADGP HG/CD/SDRF as Chairperson. 2 bovine smugglers held

Jammu: Police arrested two bovine smugglers in separate incidents in Poonch district on Tuesday, officials said. Mohammad Shafiq and Farooq Ahmed were held on Mughal Road for transporting the animals without permission, they said. The bovines were rescued and separate cases registered, they said.
