Kargil: Independent Candidates have won eight seats in Municipal Committee elections while 5 seats have been secured by Indian National Congress on Saturday. Official said among the winners four are women including Bilqees Bano, Surya Bano, Sakeena bee, and Fareeda Bano. Vote counting is underway in Jammu and Kashmir.
