Civic polls: In Sumbal 8 wards go to ICs, 5 to Congress
Bandipora: Independent candidates have secured to win 6 wards in MC Sumbal while Congress has won 5.
The elections were held on 11 wards out of 13 in the municipal committee, the rest have gone to independent candidates unopposed.
Vote counting is underway in Jammu and Kashmir.
