Joint Hurriyat Leadership calls for shutdown

Srinagar: Joint Hurriyat leadership, Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yaseen Malik has called for complete shutdown on Sunday against killing of Hizb Commander Sabzar Ahmad during an encounter in Tral. Earlier, Hurriyat JK also called for shutdown on Sunday.

Sabzar encounter aftermath: many injured near encounter site in Tral

  At least four people suffered bullet injuries when forces opened fire on civilians while leaving the encounter site in Saimoo village of Tral. According to the sources, many people were injured near the encounter site and two of them are said to be seriously injured.
