MC Polls: In Kargil IC win 8 seats, INC wins 5
Kargil: Independent Candidates have won eight seats in Municipal Committee elections while 5 seats have been secured by Indian National Congress on Saturday. Official said among the winners four are women including Bilqees Bano, Surya Bano, Sakeena bee, and Fareeda Bano. Vote counting is underway in Jammu and Kashmir.
MC polls: Congress white washes Leh, win all 13 wards
LEH: BJP has been left red faced in Leh after Congress whitewashed all the 13 wards of Leh that went to polls during ULB Election 2018 in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. O Officials said that while Congress sweeped all the seats while BJP could not open its account on any single place.
MC polls: In Baramulla Cong wins at 8, BJP at 5, IC at 1 places respectively
Baramulla: Vote counting for Baramulla Muncipal concil has ended and Congress has won 8 seats while BJP won at 5 places and Independent candidates secured to win at two places. Official said that one BJP candidate, four candidates fo INC and one independent candidate secured their win un opposed in Baramulla MC polls.
MC polls: Congress sweeps Anantnag winning 20 of 25 places, IC win 2, BJP gets 3
Anantnag: Congress has sweeped majority wards win in Anantnag district by securing 20 seats out of 25. According to officials while Congress has won majority seats Independent Candidates won 2 seats. “BJP has won 3 wards,” they said.
