JK EOW books four in cheating case
SRINAGAR, July 23 (PTI): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Jammu and Kashmir Crime Branch has booked four people in a cheating case, officials said on Thursday.
The EOW has filed a chargesheet in FIR No. 55/2022 under sections 420, 120-B, 201 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) before the court of Sub Judge (Small Causes) here against the four accused, an official said.
He identified the accused as Arshid Ahmad Shora alias Bilal, Firdous Ahmad Bhat, Firdous Ahmad Mir and Aftab Ahmad Shah, all from Srinagar.
