Mortar shell detected in Kargil, defused safely
Kargil/Jammu, Sep 21 (PTI) A mortar shell was defused safely in Kargil district in the union territory of Ladakh on Thursday, officials said. Locals found the unexploded shell in Sharchay area of Batalik border belt and informed security forces, they said. The Sappers of the army safely defused it.
