Unidentified gunmen attempt to loot JK bank in Sangam

Unidentified gunmen Thursday attempted to loot a Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district. According to the reports, gunmen tried to loot the J&K Bank branch at Marhama Sangam. The attempt to loot the bank was unsuccessful after which they fired several shots in the air. More details are awaited.

Cordon and search operation launched in Baramulla

Baramulla: Government forces launched a cordon and search operation in Baramulla, reports said. According to the reports, Army along with Jammu and Kashmir police launched the operation near Kralhar area of the town.
