Class work in Srinagar HSSs and Colleges suspended for tomorrow

In view of the prevailing situation in the valley, all the higher secondary schools and colleges of Srinagar district have been ordered to remain closed on June 3. “Teaching activity will remain suspended in Degree colleges and Higher Secondary Schools of district Srinagar on June 3,” Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Lone said.

Complete shutdown observed in Tral for 7th consecutive day

Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district is observing shutdown for the seventh consecutive day against the killing of Hizbul Mujihadeen commander Sabzar Ahmada Bhat.
