Man commits suicide in Anantnag

A man has committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance in Anantnag, police said. According to a statement, Ghulam Mohammad Bhat son of Mohammad Munawar Bhat a resident of Dirhama, Anantnag consumed some poisonous substance at his home. He was shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead.

Youth electrocuted to death in Bandipora

A youth died in Bandipora after he was electrocuted in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district, reports said on Monday. According to the sources, a shopkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmad Rather got in contact with a live wire at his shop at Sadarkote Ajas in Bandipora. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
