Labourer dies at stone quarry in Ganderbal

A labourer died while working at a stone quarry in the Yangoora area of Ganderbal district. As per the reports, the labourer identified as Mohd. Jaleel of Yangoora died on spot when he was hit by a stone while working in stone quarry at Ganderbal. Police has taken cognizance of the incident.

Headless body recovered in Hajin

An unidentified headless body of a man was recovered from Jhelum river near Paribal area of Hajin in Bandipora district of north Kashmir on Sunday. A police official said that the body was recovered early morning after locals found it floating near Paribal village.  He said that further investigation has been taken up.
