Taraweeh prayers allowed at Jamia Masjid Sgr

Srinagar: After disallowing Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida prayers due to apprehensions that some miscreants would create law and order situation, the authorities allowed Taraweeh prayers at historic Jamia Masjid on Friday evening. Reports said that authorities opened the gate of the historic Jamia Masjid on Friday evening, allowing the Isha and subsequent Taraweeh prayer.
