Jammu: A female devotee at Vaishno Devi in Jammu died of cardiac arrest on Thursday. The devotee has been identified as Bala Rani w/o Ram Krishan r/o Rohtk Haryana. Rani died at Vaishno Devi Bhawan due to heart attack, reports said.
