11 Shops sealed in Sopore for violating unlock SOPs
Sopore: Eleven shops were sealed in various areas of Sopore for violating SOPs announced amid the prevailing covid-19 pandemic restrictions.
Officials said that Municipal council squad under the supervision of Imtiyaz Ahmad Pandit food inspector and Ghulam Mohiudin Shah, Tax collector raided various markets of Sopore and noticed that some shops violated the Even and odd norms in unlock period.
“During the raid they sealed 11 such shops violating the SOP guidelines,” officials said.
They said that many shopkeepers in this north Kashmir town are not following the SOP’s though various trade bodies had already given assurance to administration that they will follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) and guidelines during the unlock period.
