Militant, army Soldier killed in Doda encounter, operation on
Doda, May 17: A militant and an army soldier has been killed in the ongoing encounter which broke out between militants and government forces in Dachhlana Padyarna area of Doda district on Sunday.
Director General of Police Dilbag Singh said that a militant and an army soldier has been killed in an ongoing encounter.
Earlier, reports said that a joint team of Police, army’s 10 RR launched cordon search operation in Dachhlana Padyarna.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them, triggering an encounter.(GNS)
