Militant hurl grenade on CISF post in Wagoora
Srinagar, May 04: A Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) personnel was injured after militants lobbed grenade towards the Power Grid station in Wagoora, Nowgam area in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
A police officer confirmed the incident and said one CISF personnel received minor splinter injuries in this incident.
Notably, the Power Grid Corporation of India unit in Wagoora, Nowgam is manned by the CISF.
Meanwhile, whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.(GNS)
