Soldier dies of heart attack in Uri
Baramulla, Apr 20: An Army soldier died after massive cardiac arrest in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
Officials said that a soldier who was on duty died of cardiac attack early this morning at 6 Para of 12 infantry Brigade Uri, Baramulla village. He said the soldier fell unconscious and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared as brought dead.
Officials said the deceased was identified as Kapil Dev, resident of Haryana and was posted at Uri Baramulla. Meanwhile, Hospital authorities also confirmed the trooper died of heart attack. A case has been registered in this regard. (KNO)
