Two LeT militant associates arrested
Sopore, Apr 03: Police arrested two militant associates affiliated with banned outfit Lashkar e Toiba and recovered arms and ammunition in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Friday.
Reports said that following a specific information about the presence of two militant associates in Noorbagh area of Sopore , a joint team launched a search operation and arrested the two militant associates during a raid.
A senior police official also confirmed the arrest and said that the duo was providing logistic support to active militants of LeT. He said that a case has been registered and investigations have been initiated. (GNS)
