Spontaneous shutdown observed in old city Srinagar
Srinagar: Spontaneous shutdown is being observed in old city Srinagar amid rumors of scrapping of Article 35A while police has refuted all the rumors saying that the new deployment of forces is for election process.
All the shop in the old city are shut and traffic movement is thin.
“Some youth hit streets and burned tyres on roads raising slogans against government,” locals said.
They raised slogans against harassment of Kashmiris outside state as well.
