Five injured as shooting stones hit vehicle near Ramsu
Srinagar: At least five passengers were injured after a vehicle they were travelling in was hit by shooting stones at Ramsu area of Ramban district in Jammu region.
Official sources said that a Tavara vehicle bearing registration number JK03D-7342 which was on way to Jammu was hit by shooting stones at Mompassy near Ramsu, causing injuries to five persons.
They said the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Ramban for treatment.
They said that one women among the injured has sustained grievous injuries while as four others have received minor injuries.
Additional District Commissioner (ADC) RambanBasharatHussain also confirmed the incident saying that the injured persons are undergoing treatment.
