Kulgam: Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested Hizbul Mujahideen affiliated militant in Kulgam.
Top cop in the district confirmed the arrest saying it was made by a jont team of forces.
The militant is affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen, was arrested from Chilan area of Kulgam in South Kashmir,” sources said.
He identified the arrested as Mubarak Ahmad Dar of Redwani, whobisba Category C militant.
