27.15% votes cast in Baramulla till 1pm
Srinagar: In Baramulla 27.15 percent people turned out to exercise their franchise in the third phase of ongoing nine-phased Panchayat elections on Saturday.
The voting began at 6 am in the morning and will conclude at 2 in the afternoon.
