Delegations, individuals call on Lt Guv
JAMMU: Vibodh Gupta, former MLC and senior BJP leader called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, on Saturday, an official spokesman said here.
He said that Munish Sharma, senior BJP leader also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
Earlier, Aftab Malik, Chairman, District Development Council Srinagar also called on Lieutenant Governor at Lok Bhawan, the official added.
The Lieutenant Governor was presented with a book authored by M S Nazki. The title of the book is “The Battle of Hill Kaka,” the spokesman said.
Baldev Raj Sharma, Member of Legislative Assembly from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Constituency called on Lieutenant Governor the official added.
Representatives of Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan Trust Thalwal led by its President Dileep ji Pandita also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
Later, a public delegation led by Javid Ahmad Mirchal, Member of Legislative Assembly from Karnah also called on the Lieutenant Governor and projected various development issues of the constituency.
Subsequently, various delegations including All J&K Christian Sabha; Kanak Mandi Traders Association; Patnitop Hotel and Restaurant Association also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
