Two non-locals found dead in two separate incidents
Srinagar: A 53-year-old woman from Gujarat was found dead inside a hotel in the Rajbagh area of Srinagar on Friday, officials said.
An official said that she was found unconscious inside his hotel room and was immediately shifted to Khyber hospital.
He said that doctors at the hospital declared her dead on arrival. The deceased has been identified as Jyoti (53) wife of Baroot Sailesh of Gujarat.
The exact cause of her death was not immediately known and further investigation is underway.
Meanwhile, a 51-year-old labourer from Kerala was found dead inside his room at a Cement Factory in the Khanmoh area of Srinagar on Friday, officials said.
An official said that the deceased was found unconscious by his colleagues and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
He said that doctors at the hospital declared him dead on arrival. He has been identified as Pradeep Kumar (51) son of Rajvan M of Kerala.
The official said that the exact cause of his death is not immediately known and further investigation is underway. (KNO)
