Police arrests absconder in Baramulla
Srinagar: Police in Baramulla arrested a man who had been hiding from the law in case vide FIR No. 69/2023 U/S 457, 380 IPC registered at Kunzer, a police spokesman said Saturday.
He said that the accused, Saqib Ahmad Shah, son of Ghulam Hassan Shah, resident of Takia Batapora, had been evading arrest for a long time in connection with the 2023 case.
Acting on reliable information, a police team swiftly moved into Hardshoora Kunzer area and arrested him. The accused was presented before the court for further legal action, the spokesman added.
