Delegation from PEMA foundation, Apni Party Chief call on Lt Guv
SRINAGAR: A delegation of Pashmeena Entrepreneurs Makers and Artisans (PEMA) Foundation, led by its President Shri Tariq Dar, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday.
The members of the delegation apprised the Lieutenant Governor on the endeavours of their foundation dedicated to cultural preservation, welfare of artisans and craftspeople, and promotion of Kashmir’s Geographical Indication (GI) registered products.
They also discussed the upcoming PEMA Foundation 2025 Artisan Award Ceremony, designed to recognize, incentivize, and elevate master craftspeople across Jammu Kashmir.
Later, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, President, J&K Apni Party also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
