Parent-Teacher meet held at HSS Shutloo, Rafiabad
Shutloo, Rafiabad: A grand Mass Parent–Teacher Meet (PTM) was convened Saturday at Higher Secondary School Shutloo, Rafiabad, Baramulla. The event was held in strict compliance with the directives of the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir (DSEK) Joint Director North and Chief Education Officer, Baramulla.
The core objective of this PTM was to fortify the sense of ownership and shared responsibility among parents, guardians, and the local community towards the institution, while fostering an open dialogue to ensure the holistic growth of students. The gathering was meticulously planned to be memorable, welcoming, and impactful for all stakeholders, serving as a platform for mutual exchange of ideas, aspirations, and constructive feedback.
The programme commenced with a recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by naat and kirat, setting a spiritually enriching tone for the day. Students captivated the audience with eloquent speeches, insightful reflections on the holistic development initiatives of the school, and the profound impact these have had on their academic, moral, and social upbringing.
Distinguished guests who addressed the gathering included Hazrat Mufti Abdul Rashid Qasmi Sahib, DDC Rafiabad Shabir Ahmad, SHO Panzala Imtiyaz Ahmad, representatives of the Civil Society Shutloo, and numerous respected parents. Their words underscored the irreplaceable role of a strong parent–teacher partnership in the success of the educational process.
Parents, in their heartfelt expressions, conveyed deep gratitude to the Joint Director SED North, CEO Dy. CEO, DEPO and Zonal Education Officer Baramulla for ensuring adequate staff at the school, thereby enabling the smooth execution of academic plans, timely completion of syllabi, and the provision of quality education in its truest sense.
