Education Minister rules out further extension in summer break, says schools to reopen tomorrow
Srinagar Jul 7: Jammu and Kashmir education minister Sakina Itoo on Monday said that all the educational institutions across Kashmir will reopen after Summer vacations on Tuesday.
Sakina Itoo said the schools falling under municipal areas of all districts, from primary to class 12th will function from 7:30am to 11:30am.
She further said that the schools in other rural areas will function from 8am to 12 noon respectively.
“But the students after reaching home will take one hour break and attend online classes for two hours,” the education minister added.
She added that no extension has been granted in summer vacation.
