ITBP jawan dies of cardiac arrest in Udhampur
Jammu: An ITBP Jawan from Panthankote died of a cardiac arrest in Udhampur district of Jammu division on Thursday.
An official said that a Jawan of ITBP identified as Didhar Singh resident of Pathankote while travelling in a bus from Pathankote to Srinagar fell unconscious at Dramthal near Prem mandir NHW.
He was shifted to CHC Chenani where the doctors declared him brought dead and the dead body was shifted to a mortuary room Chenani for legal medico formalities.
Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance and started an investigation in this regard. (JKNS)
