CEO Ganderbal visited winter tutorial of Anderwan belt
Srinagar: Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Surjeet Kumar Sharma, conducted a visit to Winter Tutorial schools in the far-flung areas of Zone Kangan to oversee the functioning of the winter tutorials and ensure that students in these areas are receiving quality education`.
As part of visit, the CEO inspected the 1. High School Anderwan and Middle School Dardpora
The officer was accompanied by Headquarter Assistant, Rafeek Ahmad. The visit was aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the winter tutorials in these areas and identifying areas that require improvement, a statement issued by the CEO’s office said.
During the visit, the Officer interacted with the students, teachers, and staff, and reviewed the teaching-learning process. He emphasized the importance of providing quality education to students in far-flung areas and instructed the teachers to ensure that the winter tutorials are being conducted regularly and effectively.
The CEO also inspected the infrastructure and facilities available in the schools and directed the concerned to ensure that all necessary amenities are provided to the students. He stressed that the winter tutorials should focus on bridging the learning gap and providing additional support to students who require it.
