Drug peddler held in Gulmarg, Baramulla; Police
Srinagar, Nov 11: Police arrested a drug peddler in Gulmarg, Baramulla and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesman said Monday.
He said that a police party at a checkpoint established at GEP Gulmarg, intercepted one person who was identified as Fazil Beigh son of Parvaiz Beigh resident of Lateefabad Kandi. During search 25 grams of contraband Charas like substances was recovered from his possession. He has been arrested.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Gulmarg and investigation has been initiated, the spokesman added.
