KUPWARA: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan extended her warm greetings to the people on the holy occasion of Maha Navami and Dussehra.
She prayed that the blessings of lord Rama bring happiness, peace and development in the region. She said that the occasion marks the victory of good over evil.
