ADC reviews parking issues at GMC Doda
DODA: Additional Deputy Commissioner Sudershan Kumar Friday conducted a significant visit to the Government Medical College Campus. The purpose of the visit was to review and assess the current parking situation and devise effective solutions to streamline traffic flow and improve parking.
The ADC was accompanied by Tehsildar Dr Subuh Ahmad Shad, DySP Traffic Shamsher Singh, DySP Headquarters Ajay Anand, and Executive Officer Amit Kumar Sharma.
Numerous challans were issued during the visit to deal with immediate traffic violations and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
The traffic officers issued guidelines regarding the management and smooth functioning of the parking system within the GMC premises.
The ADC directed the officers to ensure that the parking issues are resolved within the stipulated time. Additionally, tagging of GMC doctors’ vehicles was recommended to facilitate proper parking and avoid any incorrect parking practices.
The traffic officers assured that every necessary step would be taken to maintain and improve the parking system at GMC Doda. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance traffic flow and ensure efficient use of the parking facilities, ultimately benefiting both staff and visitors.
