Veterans grieve over his demise
Srinagar: The veterans of Information Department is (a group of retired officers and officials of J&K Informstion Department) expressed shock and grief over the demise of their one of officer and colleague, Feroz Ahmad Jan, Chief Photo Officer ( Retd), who breathed his last on April 26 at his ancestral residence at Gurubazar Srinagar.
Expressing their codolences with the bereaved family, they prayed Allah to give provide him a highest place in Janat and give courage to bereaved family to bear this loss. A number of veterans from Srinagar participated in his Namaje Jinazah.
While extending their sympathies with the bereaved family, the veterans said that Feroz Jan was a man of principles and a professional photographer and never compromised with the quality of work.
They said that the services of Feroz will be remembered for long time to come by his colleagues and subordinates.
