Bear attacks, kills toddler in Tral
A toddler was Tuesday killed in Midoora village of Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district after he was attacked by a wild bear in the premises of his home.
The four-year-old boy identified as Qamar-ud-Din, son of Muhammad Sadiq of Gujjar Basti, Midora in Tral was playing in the premises of his home when the bear descended from the nearby forests and wounded the boy critically.
“The toddler was rushed to the hospital in Tral where doctors declared him brought dead,” the relatives of the toddler said.
