Municipal Elections 2023: DEO Bandipora conducts training session for Presiding, Polling Officers
BANDIPORA: The District Election Office (DEO) Bandipora Friday organized a day-long training session for Presiding, Polling Officers and Nodal Officers in the run up for the upcoming Municipal Elections 2023.
District-Level Master Trainer (DLMT) Mohammad Rafiq Paray besides other DLMTs imparted training among the participants.
They gave detailed information regarding the preparation and conduct of the upcoming Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election (2023).
The Nodal Officer Election Monitoring urged the POs to adhere to the rules and regulations already laid down for the conduct of elections.
During the training program, a question-and-answer session was held to address the doubts about the election procedures and rules, ensuring that the Municipal Elections in the district are conducted in a free, fair and transparent manner.
