Government establishes Consumer Commission at Kupwara
KUPWARA: In order to redress the consumer complaints and grievances at the district level, the Government Friday established a Consumer Commission (Consumer Court) at district Kupwara for the convenience of the general public.
In this connection, Peerzada Qouser Hussain joined Friday as President of the District Consumer Commission Kupwara and Nyla Yaseen joined as Member of the Commission. Thereafter, the President and the Member of the Commission held an introductory meeting with the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Dr. Doifode Sagar Dattatray, ADC Kupwara and AD Food.
The general public of Kupwara district is informed to approach the District Consumer Commission Kupwara on Helpline Number 01952-358533 in case they have any grievance/complaint.
