Notification to hold election of GPB-2022 President members, office bearers of issued
SRINAGAR: The Election Authority of Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee Board Election Kashmir (SGPCBE-K) Division (Divisional Commissioner Kashmir) on Saturday issued a notification for conduct of election of members, President and other office bearers of the Gurdwara Prabandhak Board (GPB)-2022.
As per the notification issued here, publication of voter list (Name of Elected Members of District Gurdwara Prabandhak Committees) shall be held on February 13 of 2023.
Election notification in this regard shall be issued on February 17, 2023, while the last date for filing nomination is February 23 , 2023.
Scrutiny of the nomination papers shall be held on February 28, 2023 and the last date for appeal against rejection of nomination papers is March 4, 2023.
Last date for withdrawal of nomination papers is March 6, 2023 while the list of contesting candidates shall be published on March 8, 2023.
The notice fixing date for holding the meeting of the members of District Committees shall be issued on March 9, 2023.
Election of members for the Board shall be held on March 25, 2023 while the declaration of results will be done on the same day as well.
