Students demand instructors at the ITI Tral
Pulwama: The students enrolled at ITI Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday demanded availability of instructors at the institute.
The students said that the instructors working at the institute were deployed in some other department which has taken a heavy toll on their academics.
“Our syllabus is incomplete and exams are scheduled to be held in coming months. We are in immediate need to have instructors so that we do not face any difficulty in exams,” Shariq Ahmad, a student said.
The students said they come to attend their classes but return disappointed due to non availability of the instructors
“We return home without attending classes as instructors aren’t available at the institute. The authorities are wasting our time and money,” the students said.
The students said that some students from far off places come to attend their classes but remain idle for the whole day.
The students requested Additional Deputy Commissioner Tral to look into the matter at an earliest so that they can attend classes and complete their syllabus.
