Punjab resident dies of suffocation in Sopore, another hospitalised
Sopore: A non-local died due to suffocation caused by gas leak while another was hospitalised in Sopore town of Baramulla district on Tuesday.
Reports said that the non-local died while his colleague was hospitalised due to teh suffocation caused by gas leak when they were sleeping in a truck at Fruit Mandi, Sopore.
The deceased has been identified as Rakesh Kumar while another non local, shifted to SDH Sopore was identified as Anwesh Kumar.
An official said that both were residents of Gurdaspur locality of Punjab.
A police official said they have started investigations into the matter.
