It is well said that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. Our health is more important than anything else. Health decides our fate as it plays a vital role in our life. Health is one of the most concerning issues these days throughout the world. Status of our health depends on our lifestyle.

Some people are smart, educated, well known and they are very concerned about their health. In simple words, health can be improved by eating healthy, nutritious food items. It includes fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fresh fruits and vegetables play a vital role in our good health and keep us fit and healthy day long. There are numerous fruits Almighty God has bestowed us on this earth and we are enjoying them as well since centuries. One thing is most important and every one must have the knowledge of every edible food stuff before consuming it. We should consume food as per our body requirement and it depends how much workout we are doing throughout the day. Everyone must have the knowledge and must know the health status regularly through different mediums.

Apple is packed with vitamin-c and has a unlimited quantity of vitamins and minerals. Apple is good for digestion, improves our immunity, and contains antioxidants which prevents the risk of lethal diseases like cancer. Due to the presence of antioxidants in apples it can play a vital role in prevention of deadly disease like cancer.

Apple improves weight loss: Eating apples may improve healthy weight loss. Because apples are filled with fibre which slows digestion and the rise of blood sugar, keeping you satiated and less likely to overeat.

Apples are diabetes friendly fruit:- Soluble fiber can help slow the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream and may improve blood sugar levels. Healthy diet that includes insoluble fiber can lower your odds of developing type 2 diabetes in the first place.

Eating 2 to 3 apples in a single day can improve our bowel movements and keep us fresh and healthy. Apples keep us hydrated due to the presence of sufficient water content in it.
