Srinagar: A 14-year-old boy drowned in river Jhelum in Nawakadal area of Srinagar on Wednesday, officials said here.
They said that Momin Ahmad (14) of Dal Hassanyar drowned in river Jhelum while taking a bath.
They said that soon after the incident a rescue operation was launched by River Police Srinagar to retrieve the body. (KNO)
